About the Role

Talented Medical Solutions (TMS) is seeking a compassionate and experienced Psychiatric RN for a contract assignment in Erie, PA . In this role, you’ll provide patient-centered care in a structured behavioral health setting, supporting individuals through assessment, treatment, and recovery.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct psychiatric assessments and care planning

Administer medications and monitor side effects

Respond to crises using de-escalation techniques

Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and staff

Document interventions and patient progress

Qualifications

Active RN license (PA)

1–2 years of recent psychiatric / behavioral health nursing experience

Current BLS certification (required)

CPI certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)
