Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and manage a team of engineers to drive growth and high performance

Own the engineering strategy and delivery for the consumer pod, ensuring product requirements are met

Serve as the primary engineering contact for consumer product stakeholders to align technical feasibility with business goals

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in building and managing high-performing engineering teams

Experience with data-intensive or complex consumer products, such as subscription platforms or consumer SaaS

Strong background in product engineering with the ability to deliver customer-facing features quickly

Technical proficiency in modern consumer-facing technology stacks

Strong collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
