Overview

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Multimedia Designer Specialist who will help our clients with their daily operations, business, and personal-related tasks. You will be working with an exciting startup organization of eager and young professionals who are hungry for growth and opportunities!

Salary Rate : PHP 65,000 - 80,000 per month.

Note : Rate / Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

Core Tasks

Design graphics for paid media social platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube

Following the creative brief explicitly, and developing multiple variations of the same kind of design, adjusting size, and formatting for different channels

Edit and iterate off existing creative assets (crop, resize, text overlays, etc.)

Support designs for multiple different brands, context switching to align design styles with that specific brand guidelines; developing approx. 20-25 assets per week

Develop GIFs and motion graphics for social platforms, cross-channel

Additional tasks may be assigned

Must-haves

3+ years of graphics editing experience in the DTC, and e-commerce space, specifically designed for social media paid content

2+ years of experience designing short-form videos specifically for social media (TikTok, Meta, YouTube)

Experience using project management software to organize tasks (Asana or a similar tool)

Experience working in a digital marketing agency

Experience building post-production videos, statics, and gifs

Experience with Adobe Suite for graphic design (Photoshop and Illustrator)

Strong attention to detail

Has experience working on GY shift

Ability to work EST

Nice to Have

Familiarity with GMail and Slack for team communication

Grow Into
