Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance on performance management, talent development, and engagement to managers and employees
Implement company-wide People programs and initiatives within the Marketing & Finance, IT organization
Offer first-line People support and coaching to managers and employees, handling performance management processes and workplace concerns
Required Qualifications
5 to 7 years of experience in related functions, with 1 to 2 years in People Partner roles
Previous experience in employee relations, talent management, or performance management
Strong foundational knowledge of People principles, labor laws, and best practices
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working with People data to drive recommendations
