Responsibilities
Client Engagement : Proactively connect with prospective clients to offer customized insurance solutions.
Lead Management : Manage and convert leads into confirmed clients by presenting competitive insurance options.
Policy Sales : Guide clients through the insurance purchasing process, from initial inquiry to policy issuance.
Customer Service : Provide outstanding service to current clients by addressing inquiries and advising on policy adjustments when necessary.
Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends to provide insight and tailored solutions to clients.
Networking : Build and maintain a network of business contacts, generating new opportunities through referrals and connections.
Compliance : Adhere to regulatory requirements and ensure ethical conduct in all sales activities.
Requirements
Licensing : Active Florida Property & Casualty License is preferred.
Experience : Prior insurance sales experience is an advantage.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
Customer-Centric : Demonstrated ability to understand and exceed client needs.
Sales-Driven : Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Interpersonal Skills : Ability to build rapport and foster lasting relationships with clients.
