Exciting Opportunity for a Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist

Position Availability : PRN, Full-time (Monday-Friday with weekend coverage) and Full-time (Friday-Tuesday)

Salary Range : $80k-$90k based on experience

In this role, you will be instrumental in building referral relationships, managing your designated territory, and conducting essential patient assessments. Your efforts will significantly contribute to enhancing patient referrals and fostering growth within our organization.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement business strategies to meet growth targets.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders including patients, families, physicians, nurses, case managers, and payer representatives.
  • Streamline the referral-to-admission process for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Educate the community and referral sources about our hospital programs and services.
  • Analyze market trends to uncover new opportunities for engagement.
  • Address admission barriers proactively and follow up on variables affecting admissions.
  • Present in-services and professional sessions on our services and patient outcomes.

    • Qualifications :

  • Current state clinical license and CPR certification required.
  • Valid driver’s license with a favorable driving record.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
  • Two years of clinical or healthcare tech experience preferred.
  • At least one year as a nurse liaison or in healthcare sales is desirable.
  • CRRN certification is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, legal aspects, and market dynamics.
