Lookout, Montgomery, Madeira, Terrace Park, Loveland, and Mariemont). If you don't consider yourself the very best at what you do or you aren't an extremely hard worker, please do not apply. We are looking for someone that loves custom details and finishes, that has a passion for building beautiful homes, and is a go-getter that can EXECUTE with limited supervision.

• Passion for Quality, Clean job sites, ability to manage and close up to 8 construction projects a year.
• Work closely with selection coordinator to insure home is built to details
• Comfortable with the use of computers in the field and construction management systems to determine home requirements and progress, to-do's, daily communications with subs.

Summary of Duties :

All development and production will run through the site supervisor. The perfect candidate will have control over the entire build process and will continue to grow and increase efficiency in the process whenever and wherever possible.

Provide on-site coordination of all phases of new homes including coordinating subcontractors, materials and equipment, ensuring that specification / quality are being strictly followed and work is proceeding on schedule within budget as well as post-closing warranty. Superintendent will be responsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control, loss prevention, and job site safety.

Site Supervisor will also be in charge of documenting and creating a superior process. Supervisor will help refine the process for other areas of the business (Selections, Estimating, Bidding, and Budgeting). Supervisor will be instrumental in creating a LEAN organization with an emphasis on technology to help increase efficiency.
