Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is just one component of our competitive total rewards package, which includes wellness programs designed to support our team members' financial, physical, and mental well-being. • Provides superior customer service.

• Directs and coordinates regulated activities to ensure compliance with federal, state, municipal laws and regulations.
• Keeps current with regulations and revisions that affect the company in the area of financial reporting and tax issues.
• Prepares and updates policies and procedures to ensure a proper process to ensure legal compliance.
• Regularly reviews work reports, papers, rulings, and other records prepared by subordinate personnel for clarity, completeness, accuracy and conformance with corporate policies.
• Conducts investigations of compliance issues or violations; responds to all non-compliance inquiries; may testify in court or before control or review boards.
• Reports all noncompliance and violation issues to the Director of Regulatory Compliance.
• Approves and maintains all vendor records to ensure compliance with internal regulations as well as federal, state and municipal laws.
• Reviews procedures to insure compliance with internal controls established.
• Tests applicable areas for compliance to the approved internal controls and issues reports.
• Disseminates regulatory information relative to rules and regulations to management and staff.
• Recommends improvements to the control environment the property.
