Easterseals Iowa is seeking a dedicated individual to join our Crisis Stabilization Center. As a Crisis Stabilization Professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting children and families experiencing mental health crises. Our program operates both at our serene Camp Sunnyside location and within the community. Now is an excellent time to join as we have updated our salary ranges and available hours to choose from!
Join Our Team as a Crisis Stabilization Professional!
Location : Camp Sunnyside | Schedule : Full-Time, 7-5 pm Friday-Sunday and 1-11pm on Mondays
Pay : $18.00-$20.00 / hour + Annual Raises / Bonuses
Location : Camp Sunnyside | Schedule : Part-time, overnight position, Sunday 11pm to Monday 7am and Monday 11pm to Tuesday 7 am

What You’ll Do :
- Empower Families : Deliver skill-building interventions that help children and families manage crises and build long-term resilience.
- Collaborate for Impact : Partner with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement stabilization and WRAP, (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) strategies.
- Coordinate Care : Work closely with other supports and service providers to ensure families receive comprehensive support.
