Are you ready to take the next step in your career? KLINGER GPI is looking for a Sealing Product Specialist to join our West Texas team in Lubbock, TX. This role is a great fit for someone with a Process Technology certificate or anyone with sales experience in the oil and gas industry-whether inside or outside sales.
In this position, you'll work alongside a driven team, represent KLINGER products, and help drive growth across industrial markets. Your hard work won't go unnoticed-we offer a competitive pay range of $50,000 to $100,000 (dependent upon your experience), plus a potential quarterly KPI bonus and a monthly vehicle allowance.

What's your day like?
As an Sealing Product Specialist, you'll be the face of KLINGER GPI to our customers in West Texas. You will build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and seek out new opportunities and grow our customer base in the oil and gas industry. You will promote KLINGER products by developing strategies that deliver value, trust, and long-term partnerships. Use your problem-solving and sales skills to exceed customer expectations and meet targets. This role is ideal if you enjoy connecting with people, thinking strategically, and having a direct impact on company growth.
