Creative Strategist (Full-Time, In-House)

The Role

We're looking for a

Creative Strategist (In-House, Miami HQ)

to drive creative direction and strategy across Nysonian's portfolio of brands. This is a true in-house role - you'll be based in our Miami headquarters. You'll drive creative direction and performance across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond. This role is all about turning insights into bold creative that scales - developing innovative concepts, writing hooks and scripts, and building briefs that guide our designers, editors, and external creators.

You'll live at the intersection of

creativity and performance marketing : shaping scroll-stopping ideas, analyzing results, and doubling down on what works. You'll collaborate closely with our Senior Creative Strategist, CMO, and media buying team to deliver ad creative that fuels the growth of some of the fastest-scaling DTC brands in North America.

What You'll Do

Generate innovative concepts for static, GIF, and video ads across platforms

Write compelling scripts, hooks, and copy for high-converting video ads

Build clear creative briefs that inspire internal and external teams to deliver winning assets

Partner with UGC creators and influencers to produce authentic, performance-driven content

Analyze performance metrics (CTR, scroll-stop, NCAC, ROAS) to refine creative strategy

Collaborate with media buyers to align creative with funnel stages (TOF, MOF, BOF) and launches

Maintain brand identity and voice across platforms while pushing creative boundaries

What We're Looking For

2-4+ years of creative strategy or performance marketing experience in DTC / eCommerce

Strong copywriting and concepting skills with a portfolio of high-performing ad creative

Deep understanding of Meta, TikTok, and YouTube creative requirements

Data-driven mindset : comfortable pivoting creative direction based on results

Strong sense of consumer psychology and storytelling - knows how to grab attention in 3 seconds
