Job Description

Seeking licensed Mental Health Therapists, Counselors, and Social Workers to provide counseling services to children (0-18) and families, focusing on early attachment and trauma-informed care.

Our low caseloads (25-30) allow for personalized, quality support in a family-friendly environment. Positions are available full-time, part-time, and contract with competitive pay ($70,000–$100,000 / year), benefits (medical, dental, vision), flexible scheduling, and options for in-office, telehealth, and home visits.

Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, individual and family therapy, group work, and collaboration with CYFD. Experience with play therapy, Infant Mental Health, or innovative modalities is welcomed. The organization offers supervision, training, and internship opportunities, fostering professional growth.
