Construction Project Manager
We’re looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join a well-established general contractor in the Phoenix area. This individual will oversee commercial projects including grocery stores, fitness centers, retail interiors, and big box ( Walmart, etc).
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client communication
- Lead project teams to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery
- Review plans, RFIs, and change orders to maintain accuracy and efficiency
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
