A company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisitions Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Perform full life cycle recruiting and build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
Conduct intake meetings to understand job duties and develop robust sourcing strategies
Partner with sourcing team members to generate candidates for hard-to-fill roles
Required Qualifications
BS and 6+ years of experience or equivalent experience
Experience in full life-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, qualifying, and assessing candidates
Ability to recruit for a wide range of positions on a national level
Experience managing customer / partner expectations and maintaining accurate documentation in an ATS
Experience in a remote environment, working with hiring managers across multiple time zones
