We are seeking a motivated Leadership Development Trainee to join our growing team in Atlanta. This role is designed for individuals with a strong desire to develop their leadership capabilities while contributing to organizational success. Through structured training, mentorship, and real-world project involvement, you will gain the essential skills needed to advance into future management and leadership positions within the company.

Responsibilities

Participate in comprehensive leadership training programs covering operations, team management, and strategic planning.

Collaborate with department heads to analyze business performance and identify areas for improvement.

Lead small project teams to implement operational strategies and deliver measurable results.

Develop an understanding of company policies, client management, and workflow optimization.

Attend workshops, meetings, and development sessions to enhance leadership and communication skills.

Support cross-functional initiatives to strengthen company performance and culture.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to lead and motivate others.
