Senior Fusion Center Analyst
The Excalibur Group is currently seeking a Senior Fusion Center Analyst for a local contract in Washington, DC.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Performs information / intelligence analysis, research, review, interpretation, evaluation, and integration of multi-source data and develop intelligence-based products from analytical insights.
- Develop strategic intelligence products, briefings, and reports to inform senior leadership, interagency partners, and operational decision-making.
- Disseminates public safety alerts, warnings, and notifications.
- Provides resource coordination in support of daily and emergency operations.
- Lead resource coordination and provide operational oversight during daily activities and emergency responses.
- Identify emerging threats, patterns, and trends to anticipate risks to homeland security and public safety.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts, supporting professional development and knowledge transfer.
- Maintain proficiency with intelligence databases, analytic software, geospatial mapping tools, and emerging analytic technologies.
Requirements :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Homeland Security, Intelligence Studies, or a related field.If you do not have a Bachelor's degree, the following may be substituted : High school diploma plus four (4) years of relevant experience. Associate degree plus two (2) years of relevant experience. Professional certification may be substituted for an additional year of relevant experience.Ten (10) years of relevant experience.Experience in emergency management, homeland security, public safety, or related field preferred.Proven senior-level analytical and leadership experience.Advanced proficiency in intelligence databases, GIS, and analytic software.Pay : $50 / hour
