Audio Visual Account Manager Job at INSPIRE in Colorado Springs

Overview

INSPIRE Solutions is a global leader in event organization, hosting over 2,500 events annually across the United States, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic. The company specializes in live events and provides state-of-the-art audio-visual solutions for conferences, meetings, and events within the hospitality sector. The Account Manager will prospect new clients for national business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business. They will prepare estimated budgets that support the client’s vision while maintaining a profitability threshold of 45% for each event, and work to reach INSPIRE's annual revenue performance goals. The salary range for this role is $60,000–$65,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Contact national sales lead sources, including but not limited to :
• Convention and Visitors Bureau calendars
• Internet searches
• Invoicing
• Monitor in-market client lists to ensure information is up to date
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to maintain seamless workflows
• Demonstrate organization and accountability in the position
• Uphold excellent customer service skills under pressure
• Communicate ideas, concepts, and directions clearly and concisely
• Maintain grooming and professional standards consistent with the company and clients
• Maintain excellence in customer service, organization, and problem-solving
• Establish credit accounts for events invoicing over $10,000
• Work with Accounts Receivable on invoicing
• Create Credit Memos when appropriate
• Complete a Job Cost on all events invoicing over $5,000 pre-tax
• Other duties or responsibilities as assigned
• Operate as a key liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure successful event delivery
