Base pay range $140,000.00 / yr - $160,000.00 / yr

Marketing Director

Location : Worcester, MA (4 days onsite)

Employees : 1,000+ | Team Size : 10+

Reports To : COO

We are seeking a hands-on, growth-oriented Marketing Director to architect and execute our brand, digital, and in-store marketing roadmap. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a builder’s mindset – someone who can lead with vision while being hands on to get things done. This person will be responsible for driving guest acquisition, engagement, and loyalty, using both creative storytelling and analytical insights to fuel performance and sales.

Build and lead integrated marketing strategies that drive revenue, grow market share, and deepen customer loyalty.

Champion the customer experience across all physical and digital touchpoints – ensuring consistency.

Lead cross-functional initiatives to support key campaigns, product rollouts, and customer programs in collaboration with Operations, Merchandising Technology.

Own and optimize omnichannel programs across paid media, CRM, loyalty, social, content, in-store signage, and web platforms.

Manage performance reporting, marketing analytics, and KPIs – translating insights into action and sharing results with leadership.

Ensure operational excellence by overseeing budgets, vendor relationships, timelines, and campaign delivery with prevision.

Translate customer insights and behavioral data into high-impact strategies that move the needle on brand love and conversion.

Key Technical Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field; an advanced degree is a preferred.

5+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.

Experience in multi-site retail, food service, or high-velocity consumer environments.

Deep knowledge of digital platforms, marketing automation, and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.)

Demonstrated ability to lead campaigns across multiple channels and measure end-to-end performance.

Exceptionally organized, resourceful, and capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Proven track record of building and executing marketing programs that deliver measurable business results.

Strong leadership presence and ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Experience scaling marketing efforts in a fast-paced, evolving, and multi-location or high-volume environment.

Comfort navigating ambiguity, taking initiative, and moving quickly without compromising quality.

A unique ability to balance creative storytelling with data-driven decision-making.
