About The Position

Urban Health Plan, Inc. -

  • Compensation : - $120,000 to $150,000 based on experience

    DETAILS :

  • Provide primary care services as part of our primary care clinical team within our Bronx and Manhattan sites
  • Commute between our Bronx and Manhattan sites to provide support and coverage as needed (for instances of PTO, medical leave, etc)
  • Work with a multidisciplinary team to care for and provide medical services to patients.
  • Collaborate with other nurse practitioners, physicians, physician assistants, and other support staff as part of the clinical team.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • The ideal candidates should be experienced, comfortable working independently, and able to adapt to various clinical settings and commute as needed
