Senior Estimator – Commercial Projects ($50M+)

📍 McKinney, TX | Full-Time

💰 Salary : $125K–$150K + 15% Bonus | 🚙 $600 Vehicle Allowance

We are seeking a Senior Estimator with extensive experience leading estimates for large-scale commercial projects valued at $50M+ . This is a senior-level role requiring a proven track record estimating all trades and managing the complete preconstruction process on complex projects.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead estimating efforts for Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSPs), Hard Bids, and CM@Risk projects
• Perform full project quantity takeoffs across all trades
• Prepare bid tabs, GMPs, and conceptual estimates for incomplete or implied scope
• Recruit and manage subcontractor / vendor bidders; conduct scope reviews
• Present to owners and coordinate with field operations for turnover
• Mentor Estimators I & II, conduct performance reviews, and improve internal processes
