We are looking for a POS IT Solutions Analyst based in the Philadelphia or New York market to join our growing restaurant technology team. This is an ideal role for a motivated IT professional with 2-4 years of experience who's ready to take ownership of critical restaurant technology infrastructure across our multi-location portfolio. You'll be the go-to expert for our Toast POS ecosystem, ensuring seamless operations across all properties while supporting our continued expansion.
What You'll Do
POS System Excellence
- Serve as an administrator for Toast POS systems across multiple restaurant locations, with a focus on Multi-Location Management (MLM) configurations
- Troubleshoot and resolve POS issues quickly to minimize operational disruption
- Configure and optimize Toast POS features, including menu management, payment processing, reporting, and third-party integrations
- Maintain system documentation and create user guides for restaurant teams
New Restaurant & Conversion Support
Lead POS installations for new restaurant openings, ensuring smooth launchesManage system conversions and upgrades with minimal downtimeTravel to various locations for hands-on support during critical implementationsCoordinate with vendors and internal teams to meet project timelinesTraining & Partnership
Conduct engaging training sessions for restaurant staff at all levelsBuild strong relationships with restaurant managers to understand their technology needsProvide responsive support that matches the pace of restaurant operationsCreate and maintain training materials tailored to different user groupsWhat We're Looking For
Required Experience
2-4 years of hands-on experience with POS systems, ideally in a restaurant or hospitality environmentStrong working knowledge of Toast POS platform, particularly in multi-location environmentsProven ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues independentlyExperience training non-technical users on technology systemsBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experienceEssential Qualities
