Perform road test for concern verifications. Assist service technicians, Team leaders, and Shop Forman with the diagnoses of escalated and dated vehicles.

The Service Drive Technician assists guests on the service drive by answering technical questions, verifying guest concerns and "noise" complaints, diagnosing vehicle concerns and sending the vehicle to the appropriate department for further diagnosis and repair.
