We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Walnut Creek, California performing work remotely. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and a proven ability to manage high vol. multi-location full-cycle accounts payable processes effectively.

Responsibilities :

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
• Review and process invoices using accounts payable software, verifying fund availability and compliance.
• Post invoices and prepare them for payment submission in a timely manner.
• Audit vendor details, pricing, coding, and location information to ensure accuracy.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
