Key Responsibilities
Uncover ideal client experiences to evolve brand positioning and expand product offerings
Evaluate client-facing experiences for effective language and visual design elements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, plan, and execute research projects
Required Qualifications
Graduate degree in social sciences, design, or an MBA with qualitative research experience
2-5 years of industry experience in qualitative research roles
Experience in partnering with quantitative researchers and combining qualitative and quantitative evidence
Deep knowledge and practical experience with qualitative research methods
Experience running end-to-end qualitative research projects
