We are seeking a skilled Low Voltage Technician to join our team. Key Responsibilities

Install, terminate, and test low voltage cabling (Cat5e, Cat6, coax, fiber, etc.)

Perform installation and service of access control, CCTV, alarm, and audio / visual systems

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams

Mount and connect devices including cameras, card readers, keypads, and network equipment

Troubleshoot and repair cabling, devices, and system connections

Ensure installations meet industry standards, code compliance, and company quality expectations

Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used

Provide excellent customer service on-site and communicate effectively with project managers and clients

Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a Low Voltage Technician (preferred, but entry-level candidates will be considered)

Knowledge of cabling standards and wiring practices

Ability to use tools such as cable testers, punch-down tools, drills, and fish tape

Familiarity with networks, security, access control, or A / V systems is a plus

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work on ladders or lifts as needed
