We're seeking an experienced Cardiac Electrophysiologist to build and lead a brand-new EP program-becoming the only EP in the region . This is a rare opportunity to shape a high-impact service line with the full support of practice leadership and hospital administration.

Compensation & Benefits :

Guaranteed base salary of $750K

Productivity bonus

Retirement : Up to $45K / year pension + additional benefits

Time off : 20 working days, 12 holidays, 6 long weekends, 10 CME days

Qualifications :

5+ years of EP experience required

Board-certified or board-eligible in Cardiac Electrophysiology

Licensed or eligible for licensure in Wyoming

J-1 and H-1B visa candidates welcome

Practice Details :

Mix of inpatient and outpatient

Shared call rotation : 1 in 3 weeks

Hospital rounding : 10 patients / day

Clinic : 22-35 patients / day

Outreach clinics : 2-3 per month (including EP outreach when established)

Must be comfortable rounding on your own patients
