Intercom Administrator

A company is looking for a Business Administrator (Revenue Systems).

Key Responsibilities

Own Intercom administration, including user management, automation, and integrations

Collaborate with CSX teams to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency through Intercom

Support Salesforce-related projects and maintain data integrity across platforms

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience administering Intercom or similar customer engagement platforms

Strong understanding of Intercom configuration tools and automation best practices

Familiarity with Salesforce or a strong desire to learn Salesforce Administration

Experience with related SaaS applications such as Outreach or Marketo is a plus
