The Systems Administrator II is responsible for maintaining the operation and performance of multi-user computer systems, including direct coordination with network engineers. This role encompasses setting up and managing administrator and service accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning performance, and installing system-wide software. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, customer service oriented, and comfortable working in a collaborative IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot multi-user computer systems.
- Collaborate with network engineers to support systems operations.
