Key Responsibilities
Support the Director of Business Operations and assist clients as directed
Manage communication and scheduling for various clients, ensuring priorities are met
Perform administrative tasks including travel coordination, record-keeping, and client communication
Required Qualifications
4 years of experience in an administrative role reporting to senior management
Experience in real estate support and assisting brokers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office productivity tools
Associates degree or equivalent experience in administration preferred
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks effectively
