What you will be doing :

You will lead the charge in scaling our high-throughput production systems, optimizing post-harvest workflows, and building the infrastructure required for multi-site expansion. You will oversee all operational aspects across cultivation, processing, quality assurance, and distribution—ensuring each function operates with precision, efficiency, and alignment to strategic growth initiatives.

End-to-End Operations Oversight : Provide leadership across cultivation, processing, post-harvest, QA, and distribution.

Scaling & Systems Optimization : Drive process improvements and systemization to support rapid growth and high-volume throughput.

Tech-Driven Ag Ops : Champion automation, modular expansions, and controlled-environment agriculture (CEA) strategies to increase output and reduce labor inefficiencies.

Infrastructure & Expansion : Lead infrastructure projects for current and future sites, including satellite or flagship facilities.

Post-Harvest Innovation : Refine trimming, curing, packaging, and logistics systems to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Cultivation, Compliance, QA, Sales, and Finance to align operations with broader business objectives.

Labor & Performance Management : Implement KPI-driven labor models and manage team performance across all departments under your scope.

Distribution Optimization : Oversee logistics and distribution strategies for a variety of clients and markets, ensuring timely and compliant delivery.

Desired Experience for this role :

10+ years of leadership in high-throughput operations (agriculture or cannabis preferred).

Deep expertise in scaling complex production systems.

Demonstrated success in controlled-environment agriculture or precision-based operations.

Fluency in systems optimization, automation, and tech-forward agricultural approaches.

Experience leading infrastructure projects and expansion strategies across multiple sites.

Strong understanding of post-harvest operations and distribution logistics.

Proven ability to manage labor and operational KPIs at scale.

Familiarity with cannabis compliance and regulatory requirements a strong plus.

Inspirational leadership style with a track record of building, coaching, and retaining high-performance teams.
