Primary Care Openings in Illinois -Located in Highland, IL & Breese, IL.-BC / BE Primary Care Physician. Practice Highlights -Well established, growing practice with a patient panel waiting for you.-Support staff available for each provider.-On-site access for many labs, scans, and other point of care testing needs.-Many labs can be done within the clinic. Any needs the clinic cannot cover can typically be taken care of by another nearby affiliated HSHS Facility.-Strong Specialty Care Support. Position Requirements -Unrestrictive Illinois license prior to start.-Board Certified or Board Eligibility.-2+ years of prior practicing experience is preferred, but not required. Position Details -Monday - Friday weekly schedule with an option of either working 4 or 5 days per week.-Minimal call through group shared call - phone call only, no call time is spent coming into the clinic.-EPIC EMR. Compensation & Benefits Package -2 year base guarantee.-20 days off + 6 holidays per year.-1 extra day off is earned each year of service until 10 extra days have been earned with 10 years of service, which would give a total of 30 days off + 6 holidays.-CME reimbursement + days available per fiscal year.-Opportunities to earn patient outcome / patient satisfaction bonuses.-Commencement bonus, housing incentive, and relocation assistance all available.-Comprehensive benefit package with a variety of medical / dental / vision offerings along with a robust retirement plan.
