Supervisor Technical Product Development, 3M, St. Paul, MN : Lead, mentor, & manage multiple dvlpmt teams to ensure high performance, collaboration, & continuous improvement. Coordinate w / project mgrs, product owners, & other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, & deliverables. Provide technical guidance & support to dvlpmt teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, & architectural guidelines. Maintain clear & effective communication channels btw onshore & offshore teams, facilitating regular meetings, status updates, & feedback sessions. Must have Bachelor's in Comp. Sci., IT, or related field & 7 yrs of work exp. in a role on a software dvlpmt team. Of exp. req'd, must also have 3 yrs exp. : (i) In a managerial or leadership role overseeing software dvlpmt teams; & (ii) Using Azure DevOps, Jira, or VersionOne. Exp. may be gained concurrently. Must also have certification as ScrumMaster, Scrum Product Owner, or PMP. Position may be eligible for telecommuting up to 2 days / wk from within commuting distance of St. Paul office.
