Key Responsibilities
Project manage and lead key initiatives to support the benefits function
Recommend and enhance current programs, policies, and processes for business needs
Manage the Benefits Open Enrollment process and coordinate compliance-related matters
Required Qualifications
Business degree or related work experience
At least 8+ years of benefits experience in various organizational settings
Expert level administration of employee health and welfare benefits
In-depth knowledge of federal and state requirements related to benefits plans
Experience in Google Workspace and Workday preferred
