Key Responsibilities
Review and verify the record completion status of medical documentation for inpatients and outpatient surgeries
Analyze and correct chart deficiencies, ensuring accurate assignment to the correct providers
Review final analyses and "done deficiencies" to confirm appropriate completion by providers
Required Qualifications
High school graduate
Minimum of 3 years experience in Health Information Management (HIM) record processing in an acute care setting
Must meet HIM departmental quality and productivity standards for the past 6 months
All required certifications must be obtained upon hire
