Job Summary

Perform a variety of duties as assigned including, but not limited to working as part of a team in materials, assembling, paint or welding areas. Production employees are assigned to tasks based on production needs and are expected to perform to high quality standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Understands and complies with safety training
• Maintains a neat and clean work area
• Ability to cross train and perform multiple areas
• Safely positions and secures work-piece using hoist
• Safely operates forklift
• Examines work-piece for defects and ensures conformance with specifications
• Using various hand tools to assemble component parts into finished products according to production manual specifications.
• Practices and supports continuous improvement within the company.
• Interacts well with other team members and also able to work independently.
