At Cooper Lane Heating & Cooling , we're growing fast and looking for motivated HVAC professionals to join our team. We have immediate openings for Service Technicians and Installers, but we're also looking for experienced candidates who are ready to take on more responsibility.
If you bring advanced skills and leadership qualities, this role can evolve into a Lead Installer / Field Supervisor position where you'll :
- Oversee installations and help guide newer technicians
- Work directly with the office team to ensure jobs run smoothly
- Be a key player in helping shape the future of our fast-growing company
We install mini split heat pumps, conventional heat pumps & A / C, furnaces, boilers, water heaters, and oil tanks. Whether you're looking to sharpen your skills or step up into a leadership role, there's a place for you here.
