General Construction LaborerPosition Overview

Are you interested in joining an energetic, hard-working, get-er-done team? Look no further than Enables millwright team. This role will work with a crew of 2-4 people who are tasked with both new agricultural construction and maintenance.

Job Functions

  • Work with a team of 2-4 millwrights
  • Assemble, construct, troubleshoot, and repair feed conveying systems in processing plants (legs, conveyors, etc.)
  • Assist in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of agricultural and industrial equipment
  • Support the fabrication of transitions and modifications in agricultural and industrial processing equipment
  • Other work as directed by supervisors

    • Time Expectations

  • Approximately 50-55 hours per week
  • 6 : 00-5 : 00

    • Compensation

  • $20-$25 / hour depending on experience and skill level
  • 1.5X overtime
  • Project completion bonuses
