Client Care Specialist - CSR

Pay : We offer our Client Care Specialist - CSR a competitive wage of $20–$24 per hour .

YOUR SCHEDULE

This is a full-time customer service position, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional Saturday shifts as needed.

YOUR DAY

In this customer service role, your day will be filled with opportunities to make a difference. You'll schedule inbound service requests, respond promptly to customer inquiries, and ensure appointments are coordinated with precision. You'll also connect with existing customers to schedule services and assist with additional tasks such as permits or installations. Every interaction you handle will contribute to creating seamless experiences for our customers and keeping operations running smoothly.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

We're looking for someone who meets the following qualifications :

Experience in home services customer support and familiarity with ServiceTitan software are preferred for this position.
