Who are we? Greenberg Gross LLP is a high-stakes boutique trial firm tackling some of society's most critical issues. We are growing rapidly and looking for team members who want to help us build our future. We currently have an opening for a Litigation Case Coordinator on our Employment Team .

This role will support the firm's litigation team in managing active cases from filing through resolution. This is a client-facing position that provides both administrative and litigation-focused support to ensure cases progress efficiently through the litigation process.

This person will work closely with attorneys and paralegals, assisting with discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. This role is designed for someone with litigation experience and a passion for keeping cases organized and moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

Case Management & Litigation Support :

• Maintain and organize litigation case files, pleadings, and exhibits.
• Assist with preparation of discovery requests and responses, including compiling responsive documents.
• Draft and format routine litigation documents (notices, subpoenas, discovery shells, basic motions) for paralegal and attorney review.
• Perform legal and factual research as requested.
