Business Support II

The Product Donations Support Coordinator will work closely with the Lilly Global Health Initiatives Director to coordinate Lilly's global product donations. Product donation coordination requires ongoing engagement with external stakeholders, as well as client colleagues in manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, regulatory and global security.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Submit requests and obtain Anti-Corruption Due Diligence approval.
  • Submit requests and obtain Trade Sanctions and Export Control approval.
  • Create and obtain approval of Regulatory Letters for donations shipping from client OUS sites.
  • Provide country specific documentation requests from in country authorities (Supplier Declarations, Donation Letters, FDA Approval Letters, No Objection Letters, etc.).
  • Communicate progress and obstacles on active product donations to client Global Health Initiatives Director.
  • Document each product donation in the Product Donation Dashboard.
  • Post all documentation for each product donation on the Global Product Donations collab site.
  • Complete new country approval for new Life for a Child countries.
  • Complete annual sanctioned country review for Life for a Child.
  • Facilitate payments to support product donation programs.
  • Obtain Tax Acknowledgements & Form 8283 from NGOs for product donations annually.
  • Support product donations data collection for ESG.
  • Perform other essential tasks projects and responsibilities as required.

  • Proven ability to work independently
  • Team-oriented and the ability to work in a collaborative environment
  • Proven Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong interpersonal & leadership skills and the ability to represent the company and clients in a highly professional manner
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand job-specific software and databases
  • Possess strong organizational skills with ability to quickly assess project status and communicate it effectively
  • Driven, energetic person able to coordinate activities among different areas of the department
  • Be a proven multi-tasker that truly thrives on juggling multiple projects in a deadline driven environment

  • Education and Experience :

  • Degree requirement : Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience related or professional experience.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in highly detail-oriented environment
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of above.
