We are seeking a skilled Cold Side Line Cook to join our culinary team. This role is essential in preparing and presenting cold-side menu items—including salads, chilled appetizers, and accompaniments—with precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute cold-side menu items with accuracy and consistency.
- Support hot line cooks during service with prep, plating, and garnish execution.
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
- Uphold the high presentation standards of The Carver’s Reserve.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented kitchen environment.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of line cook experience required (fine dining or upscale casual preferred).Strong knife skills and station organization.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dinner-only environment.Passion for food, precision, and creating memorable guest experiences.Reliability and teamwork mindset.What We Offer
