Job Description

We are hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives to support customers across various client accounts. This is a flexible, work-from-home role ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls
  • Provide clear, helpful, and professional assistance
  • Enter customer data accurately into our database
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer use
  • Flexible schedule availability, including evenings / weekends
  • Technology Requirements (MANDATORY to begin work) :

  • Windows 11 desktop or laptop
  • Minimum 16 GB RAM

  • Minimum 6 months customer service experience, preferably call center related
