Material Handler ? Temp to Hire

Cypress, TX | $18 / hr. | Mon?Fri, 8 : 00am?4 : 30pm

We?re looking for an ambitious, dependable, and career-driven Warehouse Team Member. This is a temp-to-hire role with long-term growth potential.

What You?ll

Temp-to-hire path with a stable company (founded in 1947!)

Occasional overtime consisting of early mornings and ? day Saturdays.

Work in a super clean, well-ventilated warehouse with B.A. fans

Key

Load / unload materials by hand or lift truck and keep products organized on pallets, racks, and shelves.

Pick, assemble, and prepare customer orders accurately for shipping.

Inspect finished products for quality and ensure orders are shipped correctly.

Record shipment details (weight, time, date packaged) and report any product discrepancies.

Follow company standards for shipping / receiving and maintain accurate documentation.

Use proper safety equipment and comply with all safety policies.

Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times.

What We?re Looking

At least 1 year of warehouse / distribution experience

Comfortable operating stand-up forklifts (F / L)

Experience with JDE or Oracle a plus

Spanish-speaking skills are a big bonus.

High energy, reliability, and ready to grow into more responsibility.
