Join a dynamic real estate team dedicated to delivering seamless construction and vendor services across multiple retail properties. You’ll play a key supporting role—managing vendors, contracts, budgets, and reporting—to keep projects on track and stakeholders informed.
What you will do
- Coordinate vendor activities from kickoff through completion, ensuring work meets scope and quality standards
- Follow up with vendors to confirm timely delivery and address any service gaps
- Prepare and process all contract documents, including payment requests
- Enter and maintain budget and job-cost data in the property management system
- Manage CAPEX, Landlord Work, and Tenant Improvement Allowance workflows via established job-cost processes
- Support Senior staff with various administrative tasks
What you will need to succeed
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced corporate environmentBackground in commercial real estate or construction administration / billing preferredFamiliarity with retail lease structures is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experienceStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear written / verbal communicationWhat you will get in return
