About The Job :
Develops and administers programs to maintain buildings, grounds, and equipment in accordance with regulations and administrative guidelines; maintains the buildings in a livable and workable condition relative to heat, light, power, air conditioning, and other broad environmental factors; directs the repair, reconstruction, and construction of the clinics and hospital's physical plant and its contents; administers a preventative maintenance program to facilitate uninterrupted service to patients. Ensures that the Management of Environment of Care (EC) Safety and Life Safety Plans are in order to minimize hazards. Oversees the IT infrastructure of the campus. Serves as the Safety Director.

The Shift : Full-Time (1.0 FTE)
Hours : Works Monday through Friday, 7 : 30am - 4 : 00pm, On Call every 4th week.
Pay : Salaried
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or business administration preferred.
Clinical experience in maintenance preferred, not required.
Demonstrated ability to supervise employees.

Mitchell County Regional Health Center is in Osage, Iowa located in Mitchell County, which has a population of 10,600 people. MCRHC is a 25-bed critical access hospital, including a Level 4 Trauma Center Emergency Room seeing 3,200 visits annually. The Surgical Services department performs over 1,300 procedures annually, including specialties General Surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, Urology, Ophthalmology, Pain management, and Podiatry.
