Louisville Tile of Knoxville is seeking an outside sales rep with local market knowledge to cultivate relationships with the A&D community. The architectural account executive assists architectural and design professional customers with design and product selections to complete their projects. This position is responsible for building relationships within the marketplace that differentiate Louisville Tile by providing a world class and innovative solution-oriented customer experience. This position creates, executes, and tracks a results oriented strategic sales plan that will develop a geographic territory. The outside sales rep is responsible for identifying candidates within a market, prospecting, profiling, cultivating, and closing new clients. This position is responsible for hitting target metrics in activity, production, product diversification and penetration, customer service, and gross profit. Product knowledge and ability to sell consultatively will is required. The outside sales rep is responsible to acquire and exhibit a deep technical knowledge coupled with the highest integrity to create value for our customers.
