Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Administrator to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing administrative duties within the supply chain, including document organization, supplier and customer coordination, and shipment tracking. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a sense of urgency, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage supply chain operations including inventory, storage, and transportation.
Prepare and route purchase requisitions, shipping documents, and invoices.
Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries.
Track shipments and correct errors to maintain service standards.
Maintain accurate records and update logistics software.
Assist in budget creation and financial reporting.
Month and quarter end closing coordination
Monitor warehouse stock levels and place orders as needed.
Liaise with customers regarding order status and shipping information.
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field or equivalent 2-5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse administration.
Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or logistics roles.
Excellent record-keeping and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with logistics software and transport management systems.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business.
Basic accounting knowledge.
Knowledge of ISO standards and Quality Management Systems (e.g., ETQ Reliance).
