job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide in-house neuro coverage on a shift-based schedule Collaborate closely with hospital nursing staff, anesthesiologists, neonatologists, and outpatient OB / GYN providers Conduct neurological consultations and emergency interventions as needed Supervise and support care of patients admitted for neurological issues Round on patients pre and post neurosurgical procedures Ensure thorough documentation and clear communication in patient records and provider handoffs Provide other services as needed NYS licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Experience in Neurology (preferred) or Critical Care Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
