The Role
Our site in Billerica, MA is seeking a Total Rewards Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2026 season. This assignment is intended to be six months in duration.
What You'll Do
Rewards & Recognition Program
- Conduct a detailed program utilization analysis of Entegris' Rewards & Recognition program, including data analysis and collecting feedback from employees, managers and HR stakeholders
- Identify and recommend opportunities for program improvement to drive continued employee engagement, improve recognition guidelines, ensure proper approvals & controls, and streamline administrative processes
- Lead the implementation of a system upgrade along with approved program changes, including vendor engagement and employee training and communication activities
Total Rewards Communications
Inventory existing internal employee facing Total Rewards employee communications and training materialsDevelop and implement process to ensure all communications are current and consistent throughout the various channelsIdentify opportunities to enhance Total Rewards communication and training initiatives for various employee populationsWorkday Help Implementation
Partner with HRIS, Workday and Total Rewards team in the implementation of the Workday Help module, which replace existing case management tools and processes to support Total Rewards questions / issues from employee and HR team, including medical, welfare and retirement benefits, leave administration and compensationReview existing vehicles and associated workflows for and collaborate in the design and execution of the transition to the Workday HelpEnsure existing process documents and policies are accurate and up to date, enabling the buildup of knowledge base articles and training of agentic AI toolsAssist in the testing and rollout of the new Workday Help module, including training and communicationsWhat We Seek

Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Human Resources, Finance, Communications or related fieldGraduation date of Spring 2026 or laterEligibility
