A current Federal Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration (approved for all drug schedules) and / or unrestricted Nevada State Board of Pharmacy Certificate and DEA to practice in Nevada, as appropriate; Board certified or board eligible in Radiology, ACLS, Eligible and assigned as an Authorized User (AU) of radioactive material as defined in 10 CFR 35.290

State license required : Both NV and CA. Required.
DEA : Required in both NV and CA.
